INTRODUCING Church Street Boxing Gym

Established in 1997, Church Street Boxing is the largest boxing and martial arts gym in New York City. Our mission is to provide members and guests with an authentic, genuine experience in a supportive and safe environment.

When you enter Church Street you’ll immediately note the sense of camaraderie between the coaches and members. Beginners are welcome (most of our members start with little to no previous experience), patiently guided by our professional coaches and cheered on by their fellow members. Advanced members have the opportunity to put their skills to the test in closely supervised sparring sessions.

Find us

Our Park Place location, conveniently located in Tribeca, has been a haven for aspiring pugilists right in the heart of downtown Manhattan since 1997. The easiest way to get here is by subway:

  • 2 and 3 Trains: Hop off at the Park Place Station.
  • E Train: Take this to the last stop, World Trade Center.
  • A and C Trains: Disembark at Chambers Street Station and take the southern-most exit.
  • 4, 5, and 6 Trains: Get off at Brooklyn Bridge-City Hall Station. Head east on Brooklyn Bridge Passage for a block, then turn right onto Park Row. Take another right onto Church Street and walk one block north.

No matter which route you take, you’ll be surrounded by history. City Hall, the Woolworth Building and the World Trade Center are all a short walk from our doorstep. Lookout for the Church Street Boxing Gym’s iconic flag flying outside the building as you approach. We occupy the lower level of the building, down three flights of stairs.
